Jummy is an International Consultant and Speaker on Organisational & leadership Development, Wellness & Resilience and positive psychology coaching. She is also a highly experienced Educator, Trainer and 研究er with more than 20years experience. Her experience spans across public, private and UK higher education. She has expertise of uniquely integrating Positive Psychology interventions with HR Tools to achieve flourishing organisation and thriving employees. Her passion is optimal functioning and peak performance of individuals and organisations. She has expertise of setting up staff network to improve Diversity and inclusion and implementing mentoring schemes to develop talent pipelines. She is highly skilled in developing and facilitating in-house programmes, programme validation and bespoke research. As an Equality and Diversity (E&D) expert she leads on developing E&D strategy and develops programmes to improve gender parity, inclusive workplace and the monitoring of E&D data. She is also highly skilled in developing and facilitating in-house programmes, programme validation and bespoke research. She is also a Chartered academic member of CIPD. Her research interrogated the impact of Organisational climate on organisational performance, particularly focusing on how leadership, HR policies and practices and organisational culture shapes organisational climate in High growth SMEs. She has contributed to several international conferences (Dubai, Morocco, 加纳 & Northern Ireland) on organisational development and talent management.
