Our trampoline club

    UEL's 蹦床 Club is the perfect club to learn something new and apply skills you've learnt previously. Beginners are welcome and can learn all the basic techniques needed to develop and learn how to join jumps and create routines.

    The 蹦床 Club train weekly on Tuesday evenings 5:00-7:00pm at 运动sDock.

    The club currently have two beds which are perfect for training and preparing for competitions.

    Training & 设备

    The UEL 蹦床 Club is a great way to make new friends and improve your core strength. Bouncing on the trampoline is great aerobic fitness and it’s also softer on your joints than running.

    The club also offers the opportunity for members to participate in both regional and national university competitions against other institutions in the UK.
